Q3: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the samples. It depends on the sample details, for example, the quantity, to charge you the samples.
Q4: Do you inspect the goods during the production?
A: Inspector test each process according to the order and the corresponding product standard, each process has corresponding operation instruction. All the test result is filed in the corresponding computer daily. Mechanical properties are filed in paper documents.
Q5: What s your after-sale service?
A: We produce your order strictly by your request.The product is remanufactured after sample confirmation. If there is quality problem. please provide photos or test reports, we will replace defective goods or return funds
Q6: What is your payment term?
A: Mostly we use 30% advance payment by T/T, 70% before shipment.For small amount order, we have paypal account.
