Heat resistant Stainless steel spiral wire mesh conveyor belt for food cooling industry
Spiral conveyor belt is usually used in quick-frozen food industry. It is one of the indispensable accessories of quick-frozen machine. It is different from ordinary woven metal mesh belt. This kind of mesh belt is composed of thick stainless steel straight bar, U-shaped chain and stainless steel cap.
There is no need for manual knitting, mainly because there are many welding procedures. The spiral mesh belt is difficult to be welded. The stainless steel straight bar, U-shaped chain and small cap need to be welded with one welding spot. The current needs to be adjusted to a large extent during welding. The welding place must be solid and firm, and the appearance should be neat and beautiful.

Width: 600-900mm or customized
Maximum width(Larger width available for straight running appplications) : 1016mm (for turning applications)
