Product Brief Introduction:
The fully welded plate type air preheater is composed of the plate bundle,tube box, box and other components. This equipment takes the all welded plate bundle as the heat transfer element. Each two plates are welded together seamlessly to ensure high heat transfer performance.
Product Features:
Compared with the conventional air preheater, this all welded plate type air preheater has better heat transfer performance, high heat transfer efficiency and compact structure, which is suitable for low resistance drop waste heat recovery system with clean fuel.
We adop the double sealing welding for the plate and structure. a) resistance seam welding between each plate to make each two plates a plate pair. b) manul argon arc welding to connect the plate bundle to the stand column. This double sealing welding completely guanrantee the leakproofness of the structure and thus avoid leakage.
Fully welded structure and inter-plate bulging support ensure the overall safety performance of the core and stable and reliable operation.
Different from ordinary plate heat exchange products,plate type design fully consider the requirements of fluid resistance and anti-blocking measures, greatly enhance the service life of the equipment, reduce the loss caused by shutdown.
