Q: Can we get a sample?A: Yes. We are so happy to send you samples, and the sample fee will be deducted from the payment when you place the order.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: We don't have an MOQ. We usually keep our most popular items in stock, and you could order even 1 piece of them as long as you could accept the shipping cost. However, if we don't have the item in stock or you would like a customized item, the MOQ is usually 1,000 pieces.
Q: How's the quality of your products?

Q: What will you do if there's a quality problem?
A: We are responsible for our products and offer the best after-sale service. If there's any quality problem, we'll re-produce the products and arrange the shipment at our costs, and will try our best to help you solve the problem.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: 30% deposit to arrange the production and 70% balance payment before the shipment by T/T.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For items that we have in stock, we could arrange the shipment immediately, and if we don't have the item in stock or it's a customized item, we need 15 - 30 days for the production.
Q: How can we receive the goods?
A: If the goods are lighter than 100 kg, they'd better be shipped by express, such as Fedex and UPS, which offers the door to door service. If the goods are heavier than 100 kg, they'd better be shipped by air (if required urgently) or by sea, and you could pick the goods at your airport or seaport.
