Q: Do you have any certificate or test report ?
A: Our Factory have IS09001,IS014001 ,product SGS,FDA test.
Q: Do you make virgin plastic or recycled plastic pallet?
A: For repeatedly use then better use the virgin plastic pallet; For one way shipping recycled plastic pallet is ok.
Q: Whats the warranty ?
A: Warranty three years: first year 1 broken replace 1 new, Second year 2 broken replace 1 new, third year 3 broken replace 1
new.
