Screw Conveyor
The screw conveyor that transports materials into the cooker adopts frequency conversion motor to
control the feeding speed of materials to meet the technological requirements of continuous
production;
The screw conveyor adopts completely closed structure, which greatly improves the working
environment, improves the production efficiency and reduces manpower;
The shell of screw conveyor is made of stainless steel, which increases corrosion resistance and
wear resistance, prolonging the life time.
Steam Dried Fishmeal Process is proven to be the most efficient way to produce fishmeal and fish oil. It was first introduced in late 80s by Xinzhou Fishmeal Machinery, with 30 year's of experience, Xinzhou has developed into an expertise fishmeal manufacturer and ranked #1 in China
Raw material is cooked, pressed, and dried. Then the fish liquid is purified in a tricanter and centrifuge to make feed grade fish oil with less than1% moist. The whole process is automatically operated.
