What are the most important factors for an AGV wheel?
1) If you have an experience that used a poor quality AGV wheel before, maybe you know that when the wheel runs by a fast speed the wheel tread temperature will be very high and sometimes in an extreme case that the wheel tread broken down from the wheel core.

STAR : We would be honor to offer you free caster samples, and we believe that you would be willing to pay for the freight fee for such good products. Please provide your DHL/FedEx or other freight collect number and advise which express type should be chosen, international express type(2~3days) or economic type (4~5days).
Dear : What is your payment terms of caster ?
STAR : It is undisputable and crystal clear that 30% advanced payment, 70% before shipment, hope we have reached agreement for this regular payment manner.
Dear : What about your lead time ?
STAR : Usually, caster sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 30 days. It is up to the quantity and stocking.
Dear : Is it OK to print my logo on casters ?
STAR : Sure.
