Assembled stator and rotor
We provide winding stator and casted rotor and run the final assemble at customers' site, customers are final users or motor manufacturers in fields of EV, air-conditioning compressor, and elevator tractor, as Highly, Sanden, GMCC, Thyssenkrupp.
-Stamping
These are cores, stator cores, rotor cores, AL and CU cast rotor, and lamination, in thickness 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.35mm and 0.5mm, of which, the max stator OD1225mm is for ACP1000 project China Nuclear Power, and the Cu rotor is for super high efficiency projects. Besides for self use, this section is mainly for motor manufacturers, including ABB, TECO, Wolong, Toshiba and ACV.
