Conveyor Wear Solutions: Ceramic Rubber Matrix
We offer an extensive range of rubber composite ceramic wear liners developed to provide superior resistance against impact and abrasion experienced in hard rock mining and other bulk materials handling applications. The range caters for the different abrasion, impact and material flow needs unique to individual industries and operations.
Structure of Ceramic Rubber Matrix:
High Alumina Ceramic: 92% & 95% Ceramics available.
Available with square, rectangular, cylindrical or hexagonal,etc.
Cushion Rubber: Superior rubber compound, impact-absorbing
Connection: Steel plate and studs / cn bonding layer, both available to suit different types of applications
The thickness of complete liner, ceramic and rubber are determined on the basis of application, such as handled material lump size, height of fall, impact angle, etc.
Selection guide is available, suitable liners will be recommend according to wear, impact protect requirement.
Excellent bonding and rubber, Ceramics will stay in place until completely worn:
The ceramics, rubber and steel plate are permanently bonded through our special molding and hot vulcanization process.

Ceramic On Rubber Mats
Ceramic on rubber mats are available in varying thickness to suit different applications, the mats are supplied with a CN bonding layer and are ideal for lining over the top of rubber in high wear areas such as cyclone launders and dividers.
CN layer feactures:
No need roughen it, just peel off the plastic cloth and apply adhesive.
CN layer bonding strength : ≥ 12 kN/m
Cylindrical Ceramic Liner
The size, shape, placement and spacing of ceramic tiles could be designed to meet different impact and abrasion level.
