The FIVESTAR Automatic Decoiler Production Line is comprised of
equipments as below:
Rolls of steel are automatically de-coiled from the single spindle
decoiler. The decoiler senses material requirement via an optical
sensor located between the decoiler and flattening machine. The
decoiler uses hydraulics for expansion of the spindle with an electric
motor for spindle rotation.
