Paint Spraying Room
i. Structure:3900mm in Length,4000mm in width,2400mm in height;
ii. Purify method:Drencher and washing by water;
iii. Material: Drencher Plate is stainless steel,others are carbon steel.
iv. Surface of paint spraying room both inside and outside:inside is waterproof dope, outside is Alkyd resin varnish.

Amex can provide full set of steel drum production line as turnkey project (including the front section uncoiling leveling line, middle section steel drum production line , rear section degreasing, phosphorization,painting,drying production lines and full automatic drum seam welder) ; Product configuration is complete and divided into low speed production line (1-2pcs/ min), middle speed production line (5pcs / min), high-speed production line (7-8pcs/ min), super high-speed production line (9-10pcs/ min).
