Steel (Fabric) Core Conveyor Belt Producing Line

The machines is of high automation level and compact advanced structure, suitable to vulcanize giant conveyer belt such as nylon conveyer belt, common conveyer belt, anti-fire conveyer belt, wire rope conveyer belt and rubber plate etc. The main machine is applied for modem frame structure and equipped with special purpose hydraulic unit. The hot platens and RAM are all made of superior material, they are accurately processed and have high etch-and wear-resistance. The control system has been taken up with PLC so as to realize multi program automatic control of curing process, for example, the temperature of the hot platens can be measured and regulated automatically. This will improve the control level and provide with high efficiency of production and low intensity of labor. It is mainly used to produce conveyor belt and big rubber board, rubber trackor, and other rubber products.
It is mainly including as follows:
1creel station, tensioning station, spreader combs, building carriage, liner wind-up, green belt let-off device, support rollers group, front traction device, front traction device. Front clamp stretching, middle clamp stretching, belt pulling device, belt cutting machine. Cured belt wind-up.
