Steel Gratings, can be applied to structure walkway, platform, stairs, pedestrian footwalk, which are the very common use.
Besides those, actually steel gratings also can be used together with other structures to form as new products. See below pictures for reference.
About Us
JIMU was founded in 2009 by a group of professionals. In the early stage, JIMU engaged in mechanical production of steel grating, handrail and related products, under the name of Guangdong Nanhai Jimu Grating Co., Ltd.. Now, with the development of the company, extension of the market, and diversification of the product range, the company name has been changed to be Guangdong Nanhai Jimu Metal Structures Co., Ltd..
Today, as a company of 10,000 tons annual production capacity, JIMU has been expanded to the production of light steel structure and steel sections. We mainly engaged in export business.
"JIMU", means building blocks in Chinese. We start from customer's point of views to simplified the usage. We have tried to make it a little better than we found it, and make sure everything we do honors the connection- from our commitment to the high quality products, to the way we cooperate with our customers.
Jimu Forge Welded Grating
Using high voltage welding equipment, weld the intersection of load bar and cross bar to form the welding grating.
1. Center pitch of load bar, there are 30mm Series and 40mm Series.
2. Center pitch of cross bar, there are 50mm Series and 100mm Series.
3. Other series also can be done as per customer's request, based on a certain quantity.
Our Facilities
We have the ability to produce light steel structures and do the product development. We have brought in laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, CNC cutting machines, 6000mm CNC machining center, and several welding robots. We are seeking the opportunities to cooperate with domestic or oversea customers, especially the large chain groups of construction hardware products.
