Grinding ball
power,mining,building materials and other industries
by crushing and grinding materials, in the use of the process, the ball will further improve its surface hardness, wear resistance.
while improving the mill production capacity, high wear resistance, also maintain performance over long periods of time.
It not only improves the grinding efficiency, reduces the time of stopping the grinding machine for selection and adding of the balls, but also extends the clearance
cycle,reducesthe labor intensity,and has important
significance for improving the output of themill,
ensuringthe quality of the abrasive, and reducing the consumption of power consumption and the grinding media.
Chengda can provide diameter 4.6mm-140mm and the chrome content ranges from 0.8%-28%,which can be customized according to different needs of users.

The as-cast microstructure of high chromium alloy white cast iron is susaturated austenite+flake or block chromium-containing eutectic carbide, which is coarse and distributed in intermittent network. In order to give full play to the anti-wear properties of high chromium alloy white cast iron, the matrix structure must be changed by heat treatment, and the austenite is converted into martensite to improve the hardness of the matrix and thus improve the resistance. Currently commonly used high chromium series grinding medium heat treatment process has the following three kinds:
high temperature quenching+tempering
Isothermal quenching process
Subcritical treatment process
