Characteristic:
The EAF purging plug developed by YRT is made of metal tubes and magnesia-carbon bricks. Its gas channels are made of heat-resistant stainless-steel tubes (dimensions φ3 × 1 and φ4 × 1), and the flow rate of the gas channels is 10MPA to 100MPA Depends on the size of the EAF purging plug. The design of high-quality magnesia carbon brick matches the performance of EAF bottom brick. Under normal circumstances, an appropriate flow rate can ensure a high opening rate of the purging plug and ensure a stable gas flow to meet the requirements of blowing from lance and purging plug during steelmaking
