Those items are used for varieties of industries, like machinery spare parts, medical equipment, automobile industry, valves, railways, hardware and general industries.
At the same time, we help customers to find the best solution about their designs and productions. Here we can read CAD, E-drawing, PRO-E files and IGS. Sales, engineers and quality people working here are all professional. They have over 20 years technical background and very good at working on new products, with the best possible methods.
To ensure the quality, the most important point, our long-turn cooperation companies are all qualified with ISO, QS and TS. We will involve in every process step of production and quality control for every batch. For new item, we help and guide the factories to work out the difficulties and avoid sensitive mistakes; For mass production, we will double check if process is followed as agreed or if claims before are suitable solved. And before sending, Luyao will send inspector to go and double check all the quality and all details. In this way, every delivery will be sent with a whole set of documents including material certificate, dimensional report and other required papers. We seldom receive claims doing so.

Q: Are you a factory or a trade company?
A: We make export ourselves but more than a trade company, we are specialized in engineering spare parts. We have many experienced factory cooperated well long time, we get involved in every process of production. As long as we get your offer, what you will do is to wait and goods parts will reach you on time, because we will handle everything, solve all the problems for you.
Q:Do you make customized products or finished parts?
A: Yes,all parts are not in stock, custom made according to customer's drawings or samples! If you have any parts to be made, please feel free to send your kind drawings/samples to us. But stock is considered when customers requires.
Q: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
A: Yes, we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the drawing.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Usually we don't set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototype part or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.
Q:Whether some samples can be provided?
A: Yes, just need some sample cost, we will return it back when proceed into mass production. If a molded is needed, we will charge the mold fee before starting. Then the mold belongs to customer.
Q:How to deal it when they are found to be in poor quality?
A: Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery and generally there will no non-conformance; in case of non-conformance, please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time , the resulting transportation costs borne by our company.
