The door skin hot press is for laminating melamine door skin, veneer door skin and primer door skin. The raw material is MDF or HDF. The door skin thickness is from 3~5mm usually.
To make the moulded door skin, the door skin moulds are necessary accessories for production. There are two kinds of door skin moulds, one is normal flat surface which we called steel mould, another is embossed surface which we called stainless steel mould, the costs have big difference due to the materials and processes.
