Steel Rack Heavy Duty Pallet Storage System is a popular way for the storage of heavy duty pallets. The warehouse normally handle inventory in palletized with suitable handling equipment. it can improve warehouse efficiency, safety and space utilization. The system is found in warehouse, super market, distribution center etc. The rack system can design to operate with Electric Stacker, Counter Balance Truck and Reach Truck to meet individual needs. 2. PRODUCTS SPECIFICATIONS:
Steel Rack Heavy Duty Pallet Storage System consists of a full range of basic components and accessories to fulfill all of your requirements. The system is designed for the optimized storage of goods of all sizes and weights. All components have been thoroughly tested to determine their mechanical properties. These are used to calculate the safe load capacity of each component and ensure that they meet the stringent requirements for Pallet Racking.
2.1 The frames are composed of 2 uprights and a number of diagonals. The frames are bolted, resulting in a lower repair cost if they are damaged by lift trucks. Each connection is secured with a lock-nut.The wide range of types of frames allows the rack construction to be optimized for heights of up to 15 m and bay-loads of up to 30 tons. The uprights are very accurately cold-formed and they can be produced in lengths of up to 15m.
2.2 The beam is composed of two cold-formed C-profiles. It is very resistant to torsion and provides great stiffness in both horizontal and vertical directions, with a load bearing capacity of up to 4 tons per beam level.

4. FACTORY INTRODUCTION:
The company's manufacturing base is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, the plant covers an area of 18,000 square meters, more than 80 employees. The factory is equipped with a number of high-precision roll-forming production lines, automated welding, laser cutting, sheet metal processing equipment and two fully automatic electrostatic powder coating lines. 5. PACKING AND DELIVERY:
1).Packaging details: Standard export package.
Long profiles are packed in bundles on plywood or steel pallets, and covered by plastic films. Between each package, air bags are also filled if necessary. For the thinner material such as steel decking, Edge protectors are applied. The small accessories and fasteners are packed inside of the carton boxes and fixed on pallets.
2).Delivery time: For the standard products, Our delivery time is 3 weeks after receipt of the 30% deposit. Other special application of racks can be delivered within 4-5 weeks.
