Tooling for Wheel Rim Manufacturing
1. Marking tools
Installed on a coiling machine for stamping wheel production information during coiling process.
2. Flaring Die
The core of the flaring die goes through an NC finish machining after vacuum thermal treatment, which ensures the hardenability and dimensional accuracy.
The roll forming die is a tool used to manufacture tubeless wheel rims. It has a split structure that makes change and maintenance easy. The tooling for wheel rim manufacturing is made of Cr12MoV and other materials. With a vacuum thermal treatment after rough machining, its hardness is up to more than HRC60. Due to the NC finish machining after quenching, its size precision and surface roughness can be ensured.
5. Valve hole punching tools
The punching valve hole tool is installed on the press, and the valve hole punching process of the rim is completed through the work of the press.
