Product Features
• Nitrogen wiping is suitable for zinc thickness >80 g/m2
• Separate nitrogen nozzle is for each steel wire, circula wiping.
• Fractional nozzle designed, can achieve continuous concentric zinc coat, operation is convenient.
• Nitrogen flow is separately controlled, equipped with flow meter and flow adjusting valve, visial and adjust conveniently.
• The zinc thickess is adjusted by changing the Nitrogen pressure, flow and wire running speed.
• Suitable for middle and high speed.
• The speed for each wire can be different, to get differnt required zinc thickness.
• Nitrogen wiping can prevent the zinc oxidation at zinc bath wire outlet, reduce the zinc consumption.
• The whole structure is reliable and delicate, convenient for maintenance.
