Lpg gas tank is a professional product of storage of liquefied petroleum gas. It is a special equipment, the kinds of pressure vessels, Q345R material, after testing, water pressure and pressure test, technical supervision and inspection of the scene, issued a pressure vessel inspection certificate. All lpg gas tanks adopt pneumatic sand blasting rust removal technology, and the appearance quality and paint quality are guaranteed.
All of our tanks are brand new. After the construct of the LPG storage tank, Will do nondestructive examination, air tight test, water pressure test, hydro-static test and x-Ray weld inspection and heat treatment etc.And we will provide test certificate.
Tank service life is more than 20years.
Quality Control for oil storage tank:
1.The raw materaial plate was anlysised by our material anlysier to assure the quality
2.The welding is argon arc weld(TIG) to avoid plate's oxidized
3.After welding the the inner tank ,we will make a full water pressure test to check the welding joint .After welding the jacket ,the full water pressure test be done for jacket too
4.After finishing the surface finish ,our people will make a surface roughness testing to assure the Ra data .
5.After agitator installment ,we will operate it to assure the function is good .
6.The nozzle's position 's confirm also is checked by our quality control people
