Soak the dental tray in hot water at 70-80 degrees Celsius for 10-20 seconds to soften it. Be careful not to use hot water above 90 degrees Celsius, as this can cause the tray to wrinkle into a ball. When you see the edges of the tray wrinkling, you can remove it.
Put the softened dental support into your mouth, put on the gums, suck and expel the air between the support and the gums, and use your hands to firmly press the joint surface between the support and the gums back and forth, so that it fits tightly with the gums. This is the shape of the support that suits your teeth. Be careful to bite quickly, but do not bite hard.
After pressing with your hands, hold for about half a minute, and at this time, you can take out the already shaped dental tray.
Follow the gum line (the line between the teeth and gums) that has been imprinted on the pre designed dental support, use scissors to cut off excess material, and at the same time, cut off the handle. At this point, the dental support is completed. Cut off the part above the gum line to make the gel only connect with the teeth.
