WINCOO straightening machine is specially used for straightening H-shaped steel wing plate and web equipment, mainly composed of frame, centering mechanism, front and rear roller, hydraulic lifting correction transmission system, hydraulic system, electrical system and other parts, with simple operation, easy to learn and other characteristics, this machine is widely used in the thickness of 40 mm below the wing plate correction.
Steel Structure Straightening Machine is special used for straightening the deformation of welded H-beam, which is divided into Mechanical type and Hydraulic type.
Mechanical type is simple in structure and convenient and reliable in operation, suitable for flange thickness not more than 40mm. Straightening rollers and main transmission roller adopt quality alloy steel, which are processed with heat treatment for a long life.
Hydraulic type is mainly used to correct welding deformation of H-beam steel flange plate.Two upper correction wheels press both sides of the flange, one lower correction wheel supports the middle of the flange, and the two upper correction wheels are pushed by the lower pressure cylinder to press both sides of the flange to correct the welding deformation of the flange.The equipment consists of cycloidal needle wheel reducer, cylindrical gear reducer, universal coupling, frame, lower rectifying roller device, upper rectifying roller device, web clamping device, conveying roller channel, hydraulic system and electric control system.Product Parameter
