Structural Glazed Aluminum Exterior Facade System Aluminium Unitized Curved Glass Curtain Wall
REXI Unitized Curtain Wall panels are assembled in the factory workshop, and installed simultaneously with the main structure of the civil works with fast efficiency on site to shorten the whole construction period and easily protected. The system structure adopts the equal pressure principle, with the internal drainage system to guarantee the good performance of anti- rain water leakage and airtightness. The joints of the Unitised Curtain Wall panels are all sealed with special weather resistance rubber strips to ensure, the curtain wall self-cleaning and lowering the risk of pollution on the surface. The male-female socket joint mode adopted can also help the system have strong earthquake resistance.

Curtain walls have the primary purpose of keeping air and water out of the building, essentially acting as both a buffer and an insulator. Unlike iscontinuous windows, which are smaller units and can rely to a high degree on sill flashings to capture frame corner leakage, curtain walls cover large expanses of wall without sill flashings at each glazed opening.
