Treeing 3D Structured Foam Pad is produced by coating micron-graded silicon carbide particles to sponge backing through precision coating and micro-replication technology.
These silicon carbide particles are formed into tiny pyramids. As these pyramids wear, fresh, sharp mineral is continually exposed to produce a consistent cut and a predictable, fine finish. The results are unmistakable: higher productivity, longer abrasive life, lower and more consistent reject rates, and uniformly smooth and refined finishes.
