Teamwork is the key to our success. Our design and research and development staff is perfectly in tune with our merchandisers and our sales department. Our company is never in an excessive workflow, we are able to handle any kind of urgent request and we are always able to complete all the activities that we have to carry out and to follow the client in real time. Normally our production lead time for new orders is within 45 days for fast fashion and 30 days for repeated orders, without any time pressure. Our experienced staff manages the workflow with some internal CRMs and PLMs that cover the entire production process and customer project management. To ensure delivery of the order on time, we have a daily, weekly and monthly order summary to follow each process, to ensure that no delayed shipment occurs. Our research and development team is led by our managing director himself, and we are able to provide advice for the design of professional bags. All our samples are always made quickly and with the best level of processing. Our Sample Room guarantees a daily production of about 20 new samples or revised protos. The sampling process is normally completed within 7 days. We always plan our production material audit in order to pass both chemical and physical SGS / ITS / BV tests.
