2. Can customers order different models and colors in one order?
Absolutely! You can customize your order to include a mix of colors and models, tailored precisely to your preferences. Additionally, all sizes can be customized to match your specifications.
3. Can customers receive a sample before placing an order? What is the sample policy?
Certainly, we are delighted to offer tailored samples to meet your specifications. A sample fee is required, but rest assured, this cost will be refunded upon placement of a bulk order.
4. How can we ensure quality? Is customer inspection possible?
Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team meticulously supervises each critical stage of production and performs thorough checks upon completion. Before dispatch, we can share photos and videos for your review. If you have a representative or office in China, you are welcome to visit for an inspection. We also accommodate third-party inspections, such as SGS and COC.
5. Can you assist with shipping?
