1. How to order the doors&windows?
Tailored to your architectural and decorative preferences, we curate a selection of materials and designs for your consideration. Alternatively, submit your BOQ or drawings for a detailed quotation and introduction, provided promptly within 24 hours.
2. Can customers order different models and colors in one order?
Absolutely, your order can be as diverse as your imagination, combining any requested colors and models. Plus, sizes can be personalized to fit your specifications.
3. Can customers have a sample before placing an order? What is the sample policy?
Certainly, we are delighted to offer customized samples. A sample fee is required, but this cost will be reimbursed upon final order placement.
4. How can we ensure quality? Can customers perform inspections?
We have dedicated quality controllers (QC) overseeing every crucial step and conducting final checks post-production. Pre-shipment, we can share photos and videos. If you have a representative in China, they are welcome to inspect on-site. Third-party inspections by SGS or COC are also welcome.
5. Can you assist with shipping?
Yes, we offer a range of delivery terms including EX-factory, FOB, CIF, and door-to-door. If you have your own shipping agent, we're happy to assist by delivering doors to their warehouse or directly loading containers at our facility.
