0.2 -2 wt.% Optimal concentration levels should be determined by running a ladder study.
Direction for Use
1. Keep agitating at least 15-30 minutes to mix well. Heat up properly when the viscosity is increasing.
2. Add Toynol ® surfactants at the last step, especially after other surfactants or polymers so that it can be dissolved and disperse well in the system .
3. In order to wet out substance well and against the foam introduced by agitation, it is better to add Toynol ® surfactants earlier than all the dye filling and other solid materials.
4. Toynol ® is a multifunctional product which can replace one or more additives in the formulations.
5. Under lower temperature, solidification and crystalline of Toynol ® occur during transportation and storage. Heat it up to its melting point, it would turn back to normal state without any impacts.
Handling
