A: Welcome. Please send us your logo file before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q2. Is the sample free?
A: Yes, sample and shipping fees will be charged at EXW price and will be refunded after we confirm the order.

A: For samples, 3-12 days depends on different situations.
For mass order, 25-35 days depends on different situations.
Q4. How about the package for the products?
A: We have neutral polybag and some neutral color packaging for the products.
If customized color box, we could also provide cost and samples for further check.
