The addition of cesium salt as a catalytic accelerator of VK series can enhance the catalytic action of vanadium and make its activation temperature significantly lower than that of traditional non-cesium promoting catalysts. For units where the bed pressure drop rises too rapidly due to high dust intake, it is economically feasible to fill the top of the bed with a 25 mm Daisy catalyst from Weiyijia.
The product's ultra-high porosity and relatively low specific surface area greatly improve its dust holding capacity, allowing dust to be distributed deeper into the bed. So it goes down
The rate of rise of bed pressure drop is reduced, which is more energy efficient and reduces the frequency of catalyst sieving.
The standard packaging for VK catalysts is a ton bag and a 200 liter fiber barrel. The package contains a polyethylene lining to protect the catalyst from moisture. VK catalysts have a long storage life and can be stored for many years without moisture or damage to the original packaging, while the activity and strength remain unchanged.
