Solution A (DGS-CO2-16A) added the sensors, electromagnetic valve, vacuum pump,
and the electronic scale based on solution B (manual control),it is automatic control mode
1. Machine Composition
DGS-CO2-16A model filling machine including air-driven liquid CO2 gas filling pump,
precision pressure gauge, pressure reducing valve, high pressure electromagnetic valve,
electric control part, and electronic scale, vacuum pump, etc.
2. Machine characteristics
DGS-CO2-16A model filling machine using the compressed air as power source, Through
the Suncenter air driven gas booster and filling pump, driving the CO2 filling and
conveying, when the transmission weight reaches a certain value, the sensor signal is
transferred to the gas electromagnetic valve, the driven air will stop automaticlly,and pump
stops working.
3 .Main parameters:
The driving source: compressed air (by air compressor, need 3-8 bar air pressure)
Medium: CO2
Max output pressure: 12.8Mpa
Driven air inlet port: fast insert 12 per cent
Liquid CO2 inlet port: ZG3/8 internal thread
High pressure gas outlet port: ZG3/8 internal thread
4. Operating Procedure
1. Add lubricating oil to the FR.L Combination, the South with 10# or 20# mechanical oil,
the northern winter with antifreeze mechanical oil or low condensate hydraulic oil.

Close the driving air ball valve, connected to the compressed air source and let
driving air pressure not more than 0.8MPa (8 bar).
3, Place the good empty cylinder, close the CO2 switch, close the high pressure nitrogen
switch, open the vacuum pump switch, start the vacuum pump to vacuum.
4, When vacuum pumping is completed, close the vacuum pump pressure switch, close
the unloading valve, open high pressure needle valve and low pressure air driven
source ball valve, the filling pump starts, observing the change of the weight of the
electronic scale; (when the set weight is reached, pump will stop working
automatically), then close the switch of CO2 gas.
