Suncenter Fire Suppression FM200/Nitrogen Automatic Filling Machine with Electronic Scale
Solution A: Filling machine+ Vacuum pump+ weighing system
Solution A (DGS-FM-5A) added the sensors, electromagnetic valve, vacuum pump, and the electronic scale based on solution B (manual control),it is automatic control mode
.Operating Procedure
2, Close the driving air ball valve, connected to the compressed air source and let driving air pressure not more than 0.8MPa (8 bar).
3, Place the good empty cylinder, close the FM200switch, close the high pressure nitrogen switch, open the vacuum pump switch, start the vacuum pump to vacuum.
4, When vacuum pumping is completed, close the vacuum pump pressure switch, close the unloading valve, open high pressure needle valve and low pressure air driven source ball valve, the filling pump starts, observing the change of the weight of the electronic scale; (when the set weight is reached, pump will stop working automatically), then close the switch of FM200.
5, After the completion of the FM200 filling, open nitrogen valve, observe valve before the pressure gauge (pressure standard table), through pressure reducing valve to the desired pressure (pressure reducing valve after the precision pressure display) by adding nitrogen to the filling bottle;
6, After the completion of the operation, close the high-pressure valve, manual ball valve and nitrogen valve;
Note: The vacuum for the 150 liter bottle takes about 4 minutes,
filling time is about 8kg-10 kg per minute

1, Add lubricating oil to the FR.L Combination, the South with 10# or 20# mechanical oil, the northern winter with antifreeze mechanical oil or low condensate hydraulic oil.
2, Close the driving air ball valve, connected to the compressed air source and let driving air pressure not more than 0.8MPa (8 bar).
3, Place the good empty cylinder, close the FM200switch, close the high pressure nitrogen switch, open the vacuum pump switch, start the vacuum pump to vacuum.
