Introduction
After normal operation of the machine, melon seeds are put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously. The melon seeds are broken by repeated beating, rubbing and collision of the rotor. The melon seeds and crushed melon seed shells are filtered and separated by a sieve with a certain aperture under the rotating wind pressure of the rotor. Then, the shell and seeds of melon seeds are blown out of the body by a rotating fan, while the heavier seeds are screened by a vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning. The melon seeds with shells enter the shell from the inlet port of the Sheller and are repeatedly impacted by the impeller. The shell can be peeled off. After screening, the melon seeds can be obtained.
