1. Each controller package contains a CD and a USB flash drive, which contains driver software. Customers can choose their own installation methods. The software version is 2017.
2. Never download a new version of software from other websites to install or upgrade, otherwise the motherboard will fail, the display screen will be blacked out, and the computer display hardware will not be detected.
3: We attach a warning document in various languages to each package, please inform the customer to check it.
4. If you don't listen to dissuasion, the customer will install the software at will, which will cause the controller to malfunction. This is not covered by the warranty. If the customer has any problems, he can send the controller back to our company by courier, and our company can provide free maintenance, but the round-trip freight is borne by the customer.


* Also please pay attention! There is a button cell in the controller. If you export, please note that the calculation of freight is a live channel, and the bubble weighs 1kg.
* We can help to remove the battery if necessary, but customers need to buy new batteries and install them themselves. The battery model is CR2032 3V.
* The function of this battery is to help save data in case of power failure, and it is not allowed to supply power to the controller for output.
