A. The warranty period:
5 years warranty for the tub structure;
2 years for Acrylic surface;
1.5 years for Electronic equipment and controls;
1.5 years Plumbing Components.
Q. How often should the water be changed?
A. The water in SPAs often requires draining and refilling every 3 or 4 months due to chemical build-up. However, the timing depends much on the water care system you choose and your usage habits.
