Car window film is a thin film material attached to car glass, also known as car heat insulation film or solar film. It is mainly used to improve the performance and strength of car glass and has multiple functions such as heat insulation, sun protection, UV protection, explosion protection, privacy protection, glare, and reflection reduction, car interior decoration protection, glass life extension, environmental protection, and energy saving.
Car window film structure:
1. Metal heat insulation layer: Through vacuum spraying or magnetron sputtering technology, aluminum, gold, copper, silver, and other metals are made into multi-layer dense high heat insulation metal film layers. These metal layers will selectively reflect infrared, ultraviolet, and visible light heat energy in sunlight back, thereby effectively insulating.
