Product Description
Part I: Product Introduce
With long chain alkylbenzene sulfonic acid as a main raw material, super overbased synthetic calcium sulfonate T107 is produced by neutralization and super high alkalization reaction.
The product has excellent alkaline storage property, good oil solubility and strong acid neutraliza- tion capability, and it can immediately neutralize organic acid and inorganic acid in oil, mean- while it also has excellent high temperature detergency and thermal stability. It is a preferred additive for blending overbased marine cylinder oil and to improve TBN value in engine oil.

The recommended dosage is from 1.5% to 3.0%.
For the marine vessel oil, the dosage is from 3.0% to 25.0%.
Part IV: Package and Storage
Packed in 200L metal drum, IBC-Tank or made to order.
Long term storage temperature should not exceed 45ºC.
Handle & blending temperature should not exceed 65ºC.
Not dangerous chemical, store in dry & clean warehouse.
