The Super T Self-Priming Trash Pump is meticulously engineered for cost-effective and seamless operation when managing solids-laden liquids and slurries. Its expansive volute design enables automatic re-priming within a fully open system, eliminating the need for suction or discharge check valves. This innovative feature allows the pump to function efficiently even with a partially filled liquid state and a completely dry suction line.

These robust pumps can handle spherical solids up to 76mm in diameter, depending on the specific pump model. Maintenance is made easy as the entire rotating assembly can be serviced or repaired without disturbing the pump casing or connected pipelines.

Building on the reliability and performance of the ST self-priming pump, the Super T pump introduces advanced features such as external shimless adjustment, dual bearing protection, and an 'easy-grip' cover plate handle. A variety of pump sizes, impeller trims, and speed variations ensure an optimal match for your system's specific capacity requirements, whether for a small subdivision or an extensive waste collection system.

External Shimless Adjustment

Our innovative external shimless cover plate allows for straightforward adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and wearplate. This eliminates the need to realign belts, couplings, or other drive components. The seal assembly's working height and impeller back clearance remain stable. The unique collar and adjusting screw facilitate precise incremental adjustments to the wearplate clearance with a simple hand turn. Once adjusted, the collar locks in place, maintaining the setting even if the cover plate is removed. This design effectively doubles the lifespan of both the impeller and the wearplate while ensuring peak pump efficiency.

Solids Handling
Our two-vane, semi-open solids handling impeller can manage solids up to 3" (75 mm) in diameter, depending on the pump model. The pump out vanes on the impeller shroud help reduce the buildup of foreign materials behind the impeller and alleviate pressure on the seal and bearings.

Exclusive Mechanical Seal
Featuring an exclusive double-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal, designed specifically for abrasive industrial applications. This seal includes stationary and rotating faces made of either silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide and is available on 3", 4", and 6" (75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) pump models. Optional seals are also available to meet various needs.

Removable Cover Plate with "Easy-Grip" Handle
The removable cover plate equipped with an 'easy-grip' handle and pusher bolt capability allows for swift and effortless access to the pump's interior without disconnecting the piping. This feature enables quick clog removal, permitting the pump to return to service in minutes. The impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve can also be accessed for inspection or service through the cover plate opening.

Removable Rotating Assembly
Inspecting the pump shaft or bearings is a breeze with the removable rotating assembly. Just detach four bolts from the pump's rear, and the assembly effortlessly slides out, all without disrupting the pump casing or piping.

Dual Protection of Bearings
