Crosscut Testing for Powder Coating:

Our quality control (QC) team conducts thorough inspections of the powder coating by illuminating the surface from both sides. This meticulous process ensures that no flaws escape detection. Additionally, our QC measures the powder coating thickness at multiple points across the fence panel, with an average thickness exceeding 100 µm.

 

Packaging and Loading:

1. Fence Panel:

   • Protected with air bubble film
   • Packed in a carton box
   • Supported by a wood or metal pallet

2. Fence Post:

   • Each post is individually wrapped in a plastic film bag (with the cap securely covered)
   • Placed on a pallet

3. Fence Accessories:

   • Packed in a carton
