Product introduction: fully automatic PAM dry powder foaming machine is a fully automatic, continuous dry powder-soluble distribution and processing device. This device consists of water supply system, dry powder application system, dissolved mixing system, ripening system and automatic control system.
How it works:
This device is a fully automatic continuous dissolved injection system of powdered agents. Dry powder agent from the lower part of the hopper refined helix thruster into the premixer and water premix, wet material into the preparation tank for dilution mixing, according to user requirements automatic preparation concentration;
Both the preparation groove and the ripening groove are equipped with a 304 thrust agitator to allow the agent to be fully diluted and cooked. The formulation flow and concentration can be determined by regulating the inlet flow and adjusting the spiral shaft speed.
