2.overview
The friction plate is mainly divided into two parts, wherein the dynamic friction plate is bonded with the distribution shaft end of the spindle, and the 12 holes of the friction plate should be concentric with the holes at the distribution shaft end. The static friction plate is bonded with the stainless steel body, and the three pipe fittings on the stainless steel body correspond to the three areas of the static friction plate respectively. The adhesion of the friction plate is sealed with professional AB adhesive.
When working, under the rotation of the spindle, due to the vacuum and capillary action, the slurry is adsorbed and deposited on the surface of the filter plate, and the filtrate reaches the suction tube and the drying tube of the distribution valve through the microholes of the filter plate, and finally enters the gas-liquid distribution device (vacuum barrel) and then is discharged. The backwash water enters the inner cavity of the filter plate through the reverse positive pressure of the backwash tube of the distributing valve to clean the microholes. Through the adjusting part, the relative position and pressing strength of the suction area, dry area and backwash area can be properly adjusted to achieve the best adsorption dehydration effect.
