Equipment installation
The static mixer shall be installed as close as possible to the initial mixing of two or more streams.They are installed differently in different situations.
SX type static mixer installation: gas-liquid phase: vertical installation (parallel flow and reverse flow);
Liquid-gas phase: horizontal or vertical (bottom-up) installation, the device effect is similar;
Gas-gas phase: horizontal or vertical (gas phase density difference is small, direction is not limited) installation.
Note: gas-liquid phase refers to gas phase logistics which is working logistics, while liquid phase logistics is passive logistics.
Liquid-gas phase refers to working logistics, while gas-phase logistics is passive logistics.
