Ball mill is a key crushing equipment after breaking large material. lt is widely used in cement,silicate product,new building material, fertilizer, black and color mineral separation andglass-ceramic etc production industry, dry and wet grind towards mineral and other material.
Ball Mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls which are loaded according to different diameters and a certain proportion in the chamber. When processing, the materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly, the centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials into fine powder over a period of several hours. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
