4. PLC control system
Adopt the proportional valves, can adjust the pressure through PLC control system. There are two oil cylinder on top mould and one oil cylinder under down mould, up and down press at same time, the brick is much stonger. There is the touch screen attached in PLC control box, can adjust the pressure through the touch screen, it is so easy.
5. High quality mould
Adopt the plunger pump and proportional valves, the pressure is double. All mould use precise wire cutting and carburizing heat treatment to prolong its service ce life. The mac machine frame is made of special thick steel and using special welding techniques. The whole machine is strong and durable.

A: Usually safety export package(steel box) for LCL, Nude package for full container, or as customer's requirements. 

3. How long about the delivery time? 
A: The delivery time shall be determined according to the type, within 15-25 days after received deposit usually.

5. How long is your warranty terms? 
A: Our Warranty terms is 1 years guarantee.

A: Price Terms: EXW, FOB QINGDAO. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. 
Payment Terms: Payment≤1000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. 
Transport way: By shipment.

8. What is your after sale service? 
A: If needed, we will support field installation and training services by our engineer in buyer's place (about 7-10 days). 
Buyer should support the engineer's salary by the day and the round-trip tickets.
