1. How do you repair the RF tubes for me?
Re: You can send your RF tube to us by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc. Our engineers
will repair it and send it back to you with well packing mode.
2. When send out RF tube, what details should you precess or take care?
A: Please pack your RF metal tube well, and remove or hide the famous brand,
becuase famous brand, we need to pay for heavy import tax,
If remove or hide the famous brand, it can pay less import tax or avoiding the tax.
B: If you have several pcs of RF laser tube need to send together, please try to
don't over 50KG in one shipment. If total weight more over 50kg,
please split the shipment in two or three shimpent.
C: After you send it out, please give us the shipment tracking number.
D: When the goods arrived, our engineers will check and test it. it need about 2~3days. Then we will tell you the RF laser tube problems. Need to refill or repair.
After you agree, we will refill and repair the laser tube.It need about 3-5 working days.
Finshihed refill and repair well, we will send you bill , after got your payment , we will send back the laser tube to you.
3. How I can pay for for the refill laser tube? What the detail cost?
Re: The total cost include belows: import tax+refill cost or repair cost+ back freight cost. If the import tax not happen, we won't charge you any. You can pay by TT, western union.
4. What is the guarantee period after the repair or refill?
Re: For the repair or the refill, if you get the goods not satisfy, or not work well, After confirm it is the RF laser tube problems, you can send back us, we will refill or repair it for free. our guarantee period is one year.
