DESCRIPTION
This product can form chelate complex with metals; it has excellent rust prevention and rust inhibition to nonferrous metal such as copper, aluminum and their alloy, silver and alloy, too. It is widely used in pickling oils, as a gas phase buffering agent in copper and alloy, and lubricant additive, cycle water finishing agent, antifreeze, emulsifier, midbody of dope and dye, photo antifogging agent, plant growth regulator, macromolecule stabilizing agent, noble metal dressing agent, ultraviolet absorbent, etc. Its ramification usually be used mixing weedicide, disinfectant, antibiotic medicine, anticancerogen and new type inhibiter.
REFERENCE DOSAGE
The reference dosage in oil products should be from 0.05%-0.5%.

STORAGE
This product shall be stored, loaded & unloaded and blended according to SH/T0164. The high temperature shall not exceed 75°C, and not exceed 45°C for long term storage. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive, and it is same as the common petroleum products in the aspects of security, environmental protection and use etc. Special protection is not needed.

OUR PRODUCTIVITY POWER
The production capacity of ash free dispersant is 15 thousands tons, with a single batch discharge of about 20 tons. It mainly consists of ash free dispersant series such as T151, T154, T161, as well as boronized products. The thermal addition method is used, and compared with the chlorination method, the products do not contain chlorine, making them more environmentally friendly. During the production process, monitoring and analysis are carried out in the central control room to constantly grasp the product status of each production link, such as basic indicators such as acid value, alkali value, viscosity, moisture, etc.
The blending capacity of the composite agent is 3-4 tons per year, ranging from 25 cubic meters to 3 cubic meters. Different kettles can be selected for blending according to demand, from automotive oil to industrial oil, achieving specialized kettles for specific use.
OUR LAB
The laboratory has an area of over 300 square meters and is equipped with advanced exhaust and alarm control systems. The experimental platform uses ceramic counter tops, which can be considered high-end products. The laboratory has the ability to fully analyze single agent composite indicators, such as acid-base, anti foaming, copper corrosion, elemental analysis, etc. There are also some performance testing methods, such as simulating crankcases, corrosion, water separation, etc. Equipment such as ICP, salt spray, rotary oxygen bomb, CCS, etc., striving towards CNAS.
