Maintenance
Use And Notice
1. Machine should feed the rustproof oil before leave factory, it should dismantle for cleaning when use, reassembling copulate exterior should smear lubrication, and test run.
2. Make sure blow off the sundries within the pipe, when connecting air pipe.
3. Check carefully before aerate, if the air pipe route and connector was damage, each connect parts was reliable and safe.
- Fill lubrication before opening machine, you should oil machine every two or three hours for use continuously.
- Don't use low-fire point and easy to pyrophoric lubricating oil, when use in the locale which has the super gas.
- Operating, should pay attention to interrupting the drill suddenly.
- The machine that use continuously should maintain termly, clean the dirty within machine, replace the mar and invalidation parts, eliminate accident hidden trouble.
Pneumatic Pick Operation
1-Ensure that drill positioned correctly.
2-Keep up your body balance and your feet leaving the drill.
3-Machine must tighten peak the crashing object,it need enough thrust to gain nice efficiency.
4-Abide local code and safety rules.
Air pipe and pressure
1-Air-pipe inner dia is 19mm,the length is ≤ 15m, the steel tube dia should be large enough between air compressor and pipe.
2-The air pressure is at 0.4~0.49Mpa. Air pressure is too high to destroy drill and spare parts and air pressure is too low to debase the work efficiency.
Lubrication
The principia to select lubrication is that the viscosity of the used oil should be high in high temperature locale; the viscosity of the used oil should be low in low temperature locale. See the list below to use the lubrication.
