Thermoplastic polyurethanes(abbreviated TPU) are a class of polyurethane plastcs with many useful properities,including elasticity ,transparency ,and resistance to oil ,grease and abrasion,technically,they are thermoplastic elastomers consisting of linerar seagmented block copolymers composed of hard and soft segments.
Characteristics
1)It is environmental protection material ,can be decomposed ,no pollution ,no texicity.
2)Good stretch from 2-6 times with endurance and elasticity (stretch according to the thickness)
3)Useful for all temperature in the tropics and frigid zones,the elasticity keeps in normal condition from -350c to 70 0C
4)Injurious substance free,bringing no feel of itch,irritation and pinch to skin.
5)no affected by oil,chlorine,sweat,cosmetic and seawater.
6)Grainy surface for smooth sewing
7)Excellent needle-hole strength.
