The 5 axis TV-600 is a high performance CNC drilling and tapping machine center with characteristics of high stability, high speed, high efficiency drilling and tapping performance. It is widely used in 3C, 5G, shell processing of electronics, parts and shell processing of aerospace, small auto parts, medical devices and other industries. The three-axis transmission system of this machine adopts C3 precision ball screw and ball linear guide rail, and adopts P4 imported bearings. The fast displacement can reach 36m/min, and the dynamic accuracy of machining process can reach 0.005mm. The machine adopts rear-row chip removal, with the best chip removal angle and super large flow chip flushing system.
The overall rigidity of the machine is very excellent. All the castings are secondary tempered which can provice high rigidity and stability for the machine.
